All stock available is listed on our online store.
In the event that our stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving your order, we will contact you and either provide a refund or exchange your order with product/s that are in stock.
Purchases can be returned for exchange within 10 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused.
Clothing must be returned in original OR sufficiently safe packaging, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact. Returns that do not comply with the above criteria will be refused.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. So please ensure that the product is packaged and sent on an postage service that ensures that it will make it back to our address in Auckland safely.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
Refunds will be offered for manufacturing faults.
If an exchange is not possible, Champtaloup Online Store credit will be given for returns that apply with the above criteria.
Sale items can be returned for exchange if stock is available otherwise we will offer Champtaloup online store credit for purchase amount. However, no refunds will be made.
